Welcome to Cooking Gas Tracker. By accessing or using the Cooking Gas Tracker website or mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to your use of the Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Cooking Gas Tracker is a tracking and reminder tool designed to help users record cooking gas information, estimate an expected consumption date, plan refills, and receive timely reminders.

The Service is intended as a planning aid. It does not physically measure the amount of gas remaining inside a cylinder.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you. By using the Service, you represent that your use is lawful.

The Service is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Using the Service

You do not need to create an account to use the main tracking features of Cooking Gas Tracker. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device and application reasonably secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its supporting systems.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Cooking Gas Tracker may send reminders based on the expected consumption date you provide.

Notification delivery can depend on your device settings, notification permissions, internet connection, operating system, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Cloudflare Workers, and other technical factors outside our direct control.

You can disable notifications through the applicable device or application settings.

6. Estimates and Accuracy

The accuracy of an expected consumption date can be affected by factors including cooking frequency, cooking duration, heat level, type of food prepared, cylinder condition, gas usage habits, and other circumstances.

You should use your own judgment and check your actual gas supply. Do not rely solely on the Service to determine whether your cylinder still contains gas or when it must be refilled.

7. Gas and Cooking Safety

Cooking Gas Tracker is not a gas-safety inspection or emergency service. The Service does not inspect cylinders, regulators, hoses, burners, valves, or other cooking equipment.

Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your cooking-gas equipment and seek qualified assistance if you suspect a gas leak, damaged equipment, or another safety problem. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your area.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or network.

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical improvements, or operational reasons.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including notification, hosting, advertising, analytics, app-store, or other infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
